Following are the superior features of our AVC :

  WINDINGS:-

POWER make transformers and regulators are wound with electrolytic prime grade copper strip with Japanese paper covering and having more than 2.2 KV breakdown strength (tested in house) to minimize power losses. POWER make equipments are designed liberally as per capacity and are ideally suitable for marginal overloading conditions. Temperature at the top of the oil is limited to 40°C where as permissible limit in case of transformers is 50°C.

ON LOAD VOLTAGE REGULATOR:-

POWER Make AVCs are equipped with VERTICAL Type ON LOAD Voltage Regulators. These Regulators are ± type wound with heavy section of copper strip (having 4 times more cross sectional area) to keep lowest current density and ensures 99% efficiency. Our regulators are suitable for 100% continuous duty cycle and have economic life of 20-25 years without any trouble.

Self lubricating carbon roller assemblies are used to avoid wear and tear. Hence carbon deposit in the track is Nil and it enhances the life of voltage regulators. The life of carbon roller is about 1,00,000 meter track level. Regulator and transformer coils is varnished twice, and bake at 120°C to give better strength and robustness.

CORE

High quality 0.27mm to 0.3 mm thick CRGO core is used , so no load losses becomes very less in POWER make equipments.

COOLING

Original IS 335 grade POWER OIL is used for cooling and it provides better cooling and in turn increases life of the equipment.

TANK & PAINT

High quality CRC sheet is used for fabrication . Absolutely new radiators provide better cooling and in turn increase life of AVC.Equipment is painted with with EPOXY paint, which is resistant to acidic environment.
