The “SPRAGUE” Capacitors offered are imported from USA and they come with a designed life of 20 years. These capacitors are designed, manufactured and tested to meet stringent world standards such as NEMA, NEC, IEC, IEEE, UL, ANSI and CSA. Further it’s tested and certified at CPRI and ERDA in India.
The capacitor is fully anti explosive with UL listed 3 phase pressure sensitive interrupter. The dielectric used is ECCOL a thermoplastic material which is low loss type,typically, 25 watts or less and has higher current carrying capacity.
Further the capacitor is designed for continuous operations at 480 Volts, 60Hz. The Capacitor design permits high inrush currents and will be able to handle higher voltage fluctuations. Total harmonic Distortion of 5% on voltage and current waveforms will not affect the life of capacitors.

They offer a very good degree of linearity and lowlosses.
Range available from effective filter output of 5 KVAR to 100 KVAR.filtering factor 5.6%, 7% & 14% with output voltage range of 230v to 690v. Available in Aluminum and copper winding
